At Trent Vale we want everybody visiting our website to have the best possible experience and have access to all of the content on all of our pages.

That is why our website is built utilising the latest web standards to be compatible with standards-compliant web browsers. We aim to deliver all of our web pages as valid HTML 5 where possible, although this isn't always realistic. Our website also makes use of CSS3 visual techniques which are supported by most modern browsers. Older browsers will still be able to access our website content with a reduced visual experience.

Our website also aims to comply with the Level A standard of the W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG). However, our website may also include features from Level AA and Level AAA.

The WCAG standard is endorsed by the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) and the Disability Rights Commission and is considered to be the best set of guidelines to comply with our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995.
